The Promoter
The promoter is: Bombouche Ltd of Berwick Hill Dairy, Berwick St Leonard, Salisbury SP3 5SN (“Bombouche”).
How to enter
2.1. The prize draw will run from 3 April 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 5pm on Friday 17 May 2019 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
2.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Bombouche no later than 5pm on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
2.3. You can enter the prize draw by creating an online account via submission of the online account creation form provided on www.bombouche.com and opting-in to allow Bombouche to contact you about the prize draw and your account creation. Such submission and opt-in consent to be received by the Closing Date.
2.4. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
2.5. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the prize draw, please email us at sales@bombouche.com with “Win a Free IPAD” in the subject line.
2.6. Bombouche will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2.7. By submitting the online create an account form as a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
3.1. The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of Bombouche;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of Bombouche or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Bombouche may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
3.3. Bombouche will not accept prize draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
(d) incomplete.
3.4. There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The prize 4.1. The winner will receive an iPad, 32GB, wifi only, silver.
4.2. The prize is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
4.3. The prize is supplied by Apple UK (the “Supplier”). Bombouche reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Bombouche’s control make it necessary to do so.
The Winner
5.1. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of the entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place at Berwick Hill Dairy under the supervision of an independent person on 24 May 2019.
5.2. The decision of Bombouche is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about the result of the prize draw following determination of the winner.
5.3. The winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw taking place.
5.4. The prize will be supplied by post directly to the winner by Apple UK.
5.5. The name of the winner can be obtained after 24 May 2019 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Bombouche Ltd, Berwick Hill Dairy, Berwick St Leonard, Salisbury SP3 5SN.
5.6. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Bombouche’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Bombouche, both before and after the Closing Date for an unlimited time, of their name, image and photograph for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet including websites hosted by Bombouche) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the same.
Data protection and publicity
6.1. Bombouche will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.
6.2. In entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 5.5
General
7.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Bombouche may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
7.2. Bombouche reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
7.3. Bombouche shall not be liable for failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control.
7.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
